In a recent collaboration, a client requested our assistance in automating the production of **Snap Button Bags**. Previously, the buttons on these bags were entirely installed manually, resulting in low efficiency, inconsistent positioning accuracy, material waste, and quality inconsistencies.
After fully understanding the client's needs, our engineering team decided to significantly modify the structure and control system of our existing PE/PP Zipper Attachment Machine. We added an automatic alignment and synchronous pressing module to the original bonding system, combining servo control and vision recognition technology to ensure precise matching and bonding of the buttons and film even at high speeds.
After numerous experiments and adjustments, we successfully achieved automated positioning, bonding, and pressing of the snaps. The entire system not only increased production speed by nearly three times but also ensured that the positional error of each snap did not exceed ±0.3mm, truly achieving a leap from manual assembly to automated production.
The client was extremely satisfied with the final result, stating that this improvement gave their products higher production efficiency and consistency, while significantly reducing labor costs. This collaboration further validated our team's R&D capabilities in the fields of non-standard customization and automated system integration.
