The 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) Phase 1 was held in Guangzhou from October 15 to 19, 2026, under the theme “Advanced Manufacturing.” Zhejiang Xinxin Packaging Machinery exhibited at Booth 8.0D34, Hall 8.0, Area A, presenting an integrated equipment portfolio covering film blowing, printing, bag making, and bag packing for zipper bags, diaper bags, draw-tape handle shopping bags, wicket bags, and other flexible packaging formats.

During the exhibition, the Xinxin booth received buyers and brand clients from Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Discussions centered on two priorities: the feasibility of moving zipper bag production from standalone machines to unmanned full-line operation, and customized configurations for food, apparel, daily necessities, and other end-use segments. The Xinxin team focused its presentations on zipper bag production lines and automatic zipper bag production lines, explaining configuration options for different investment stages and capacity targets based on the process linkage among film blowing, printing, bag making, bundling, bag packing, and cartoning.

Phase 1 of the 140th Canton Fair highlighted “new, green, and intelligent” trends, with advanced manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing as core exhibition sectors. Xinxin’s zipper bag full-line solution responded with measurable performance indicators: 98.5% continuous operation stability, sealing and cutting tolerance within ±0.5 mm, film output speed of 100 m/min, bag-making speed of 230 bags/min, and a 30%–40% increase in daily output compared with traditional equipment. Intelligent PLC and servo control reduce operator requirements by 3–4 people, save approximately 70% in labor costs, and shorten changeover time by 50%. Energy consumption is reduced by 20%, water-cooling efficiency is improved by 25%, and core components have a service life of more than 10 years.
The high-speed LDPE zipper bag production line integrates film blowing, printing, and bag making into one system, supports multi-color gravure printing and customized bag types, and covers bag-making speeds of 30–180 bags/min, suitable for food, pharmaceutical, apparel, and electronics packaging. The automatic zipper bag production line connects bag making, bag packing, and cartoning, achieving bag-making speeds of 50–220 bags/min and further reducing manual intervention in downstream processes.

In addition to zipper bag production lines, Xinxin presented a broader equipment matrix during the Canton Fair, including film blowing machines, printing machines, auxiliary equipment, accessories, and a product finder system, as well as dedicated bag-making equipment for diaper bags, draw-tape handle shopping bags, and wicket bags. This portfolio reflects the company’s manufacturing accumulation since 1988: 118 patents, including 16 invention patents; annual output of more than 360 complete lines; exports to more than 80 countries; and service to customers including IKEA, P&G, and Hengan Group. In the zipper bag field, Xinxin has built a vertical technology stack from core mechanisms to full-line integration, covering LDPE, PP, and PE material compatibility, double-layer self-sealing bag bottom insertion mechanisms, and modular multi-functional bag-making machines.

At the exhibition, overseas customers showed particular interest in commissioning cycles and after-sales response after delivery. Xinxin explained that the company provides global on-site installation and commissioning, a one-year machine warranty, and lifetime technical support, with remote diagnosis response within 12 hours. Its service chain covers factory layout planning, technical training, and spare parts supply throughout the equipment lifecycle after production begins. In exhibition discussions, many buyers viewed this service system as a key variable in full-line investment decisions—as competition in zipper bag capacity intensifies, equipment stability and after-sales response speed are directly linked to customers’ market delivery schedules.
The “Advanced Manufacturing” narrative of the 140th Canton Fair Phase 1 is shifting from individual technology demonstrations to competition in industrial-chain coordination capabilities. With zipper bag full lines as its entry point, Xinxin Packaging Machinery placed process integration across film blowing, printing, bag making, and packaging—alongside verifiable efficiency metrics—in front of global buyers, while also offering new capacity-upgrade equipment options to its existing customer network across more than 80 countries. As the Canton Fair moves into Phases 2 and 3, Xinxin said it will continue to maintain solution discussions with global customers through online channels and advance onsite intentions into substantive production-line planning.
